By accessing and using dosifa, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this service.

2. 2. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to use dosifa. By using our service, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older.

3. 3. Service Description

dosifa provides personalized custom music generation services. We create personalized songs based on your input, including lyrics, style preferences, and other creative direction you provide.

4. 4. Intellectual Property Rights

You retain ownership of any lyrics, text, or creative input you provide to dosifa. By submitting content, you grant dosifa a license to use, process, and incorporate your content into the generated audio track.

Upon payment, you receive a personal usage license for the generated audio track. This license permits you to share your track on social media, with friends, or at personal events.

Commercial use, redistribution, or resale of generated tracks is prohibited without obtaining explicit written permission from dosifa.

5. 5. User Responsibilities

You agree not to use dosifa to:

• Create content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, or offensive
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights of others
• Generate content that violates privacy rights or contains personal data of others without consent
• Circumvent or abuse our content filtering systems
• Use the service for any commercial purposes without authorization

6. 6. Service Availability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we employ content filters to prevent offensive output, dosifa is not liable for any generated content that may be deemed inappropriate. We reserve the right to refuse service or remove content at our discretion.

7. 7. Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely through our payment partner, Lemon Squeezy. Prices are displayed in your local currency based on your region. All sales are final and subject to our Satisfaction & Revision Policy.

8. 8. Limitation of Liability

dosifa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service.
